转炉流程生产高品质轴承钢的实践

【摘要】 与电炉流程相比,转炉流程生产轴承钢具有铁水洁净度高、产品质量好、生产效率高、生产成本低等主要优点。本钢炼钢厂采用转炉-精炼(LF+RH)-矩形坯连铸生产GCr15,其化学成分全部达到本钢制定标准要求,其中有害元素[Ti]=25×10-6,[Ca]=2×10-6,[O]=8×10-6、[N]=38×10-6、[H]=0.8×10-6,均优于GB/T18254-2002标准要求,满足瑞典SKF标准(SKF D33)的要求。
【Abstract】 Compared with EAF process,BOF process for producing bearing steel has many advantages such as higher steel cleanliness,better product quality,higher production efficiency and lower cost.The GCrl5 steel grade had been produced in Bengang steelmaking works by adopting the BOF - secondary metallurgy(LF + RH) - rectangular bloom caster process.All the chemical elements of GCr15 steel reached the standard demand that was established by Bengang,its harmful elements such as[Ti]=25×10-6,[Ca]=2×10-6,[O]= 8×10-6,[N]=38×l0-6,[H]=0.8×10-6,were all precede the demand of GB/T18254 -2002 standard,and also met the demand of Sweden SKF standard(SKF D33).
