热处理对NTS-09C超高温合金组织及性能影响

【摘要】 研究了热处理对NTS-09C超高温合金组织及性能的影响,铸态合金和经热处理后的合金主要由Nbss、γ-Nb5Si3及β-Nb5Si3组成。经热处理后,Nb5Si3相逐渐溶解或破碎成小块并发生球化,其形貌由针状转变为颗粒状。在室温条件下,铸态合金具有较高的压缩强度和一定的塑性,合金呈现解理断裂特征,合金经热处理后,虽然其压缩强度大幅降低,但是却提高了合金的塑性,合金呈现混合断裂特征。
【Abstract】 The influence of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of NTS-09C ultra high temperature alloy was investigated.The result showed that the alloy consists of Nbss、γ-Nb5Si3 and β-Nb5Si3 phase.After heat treatment,Nb5Si3 phase gradually dissolved or broken into small pieces,and the morphology of Nb5Si3 phase changed from the needle into granules.As-cast alloy showed high compressive strength and a certain plasticity and cleavage fracture characteristics.While after heat treatment,the compressive strength significantly reduced,and the plastic significantly enhanced.The alloy showed mixed fracture characteristics.
