Co基高温合金γ’相的热力学描述与合金设计

【摘要】 采用第一原理计算与CALPHAD相结合的方法,以四亚点阵模型描述Co-Al和Co-W二元系亚稳γ’相的形成自由能。确定Co-Al-W三元系γ’相的热力学稳定性,证明二元亚稳γ’相在三元合金化中实现了稳态化。在此基础上建立Co基多元合金热力学数据库,预测多元系γ’相平衡,支持Co基高温合金设计。
【Abstract】 The metastable γ’ phase in the binary Co-Al and Co-W systems has been studied by a four-sublattice model within a CALPHAD approach combining with ab initio calculation results.The thermodynamic stability of the γ’Co3(Al,W) phase is then further determined,which becomes to be stable by a suitable alloying.A thermodynamic database for a multi-component Co-based alloys has been finally developed to support the alloy design of Co-based superalloys.
