不同淬火冷却方式对FGH4097合金组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 观察了FGH4097合金经两种淬火方式冷却后及完全热处理后(固溶+时效)金相试样的微观组织,并且比较了经完全热处理后试样的力学性能。研究结果表明:固溶处理后直接空冷和炉冷至1170℃再空冷的两种组织中均存在两种尺寸的γ′,其中晶内较大尺寸的γ′形貌存在明显的差异,晶内小尺寸的γ′形貌相似;固溶处理后直接空冷的试样经时效处理后组织中大γ′与固溶态的相比变化不明显,而炉冷至1170℃再空冷的试样经时效处理后组织中的大γ′发生变化。两种处理的室温冲击、拉伸和持久性能相当,少量不同形貌的大γ′对FGH4097合金的性能影响不明显。

【Abstract】 The microstructures after different quenching cooling methods and then completely heat treatment of FGH4097 alloy were observed,and the mechanical propertise of the alloy after completely heat treatment were compared.The results show that there are two kinds of γ′ both in the direct air cooling and furnace cooling to 1170℃ and then air cooling to ambient temperature microstructures.The morphology of the larger is different,but the morphology of the smaller γ′ is almost the same.After aging heat treatment,the morphology of the larger γ′ in direct air cooling microstructure changes little,but that in furnace cooling to 1170℃ and then air cooling to ambient temperature microstructure changes.The mechanical propertise of the two heat treatment are equivalent.The effect of the different morphology of larger γ′ on the mechanical properties of FGH4097 alloy is little.
