固溶处理对喷射成形FGH4095组织的影响

【摘要】 对喷射成形FGH4095高温合金进行了1140~1200℃,3 h固溶处理,研究了各个固溶温度下处理后的淬火组织的晶粒和γ′相特征。结果表明,1140℃下固溶3 h,大块的二次γ′相大部分溶解,残留于晶界处的γ′相尺寸较大;经1170℃及1200℃固溶3 h,大块二次γ′相溶解完全。喷射成形FGH4095在γ′相的过固溶温度1200℃下固溶处理,其平均晶粒尺寸没有显著变化。这可能是因为碳化物析出相钉扎晶界,造成晶界迁移困难;也可能与原始晶粒尺寸较大,晶粒长大驱动力不足有关。
【Abstract】 The solution treatment of spray formed FGH4095 at 1140~1200 ℃ for 3 hours has been processed,the character of grains and γ′ phase of oil quenched superalloy after solution is been studied.The results show,after solution treatment under 1140 ℃ for 3 hours,most of the big second γ′ phase has been dissolved,the residual γ′ phase on the grain boundary is bigger than that in the grain.After solution treatment under 1170 ℃ or 1 200 ℃ for 3 hours,the big second γ′ phase has been dissolved completely.The average grain size of spray-formed FGH4095 after solution treatment at the supersolvus temperature,which is up to 1200 ℃,has not been changed obviously.The reason of that could be the carbide pinned the grain boundary,makes the grain boundary moving hard.The other reason could be the spray formed FGH4095 has a coarse grain relatively,and the driven force for grain grow up is not strong enough.
