【摘要】 GH3230合金是一种以W、Mo元素作为固溶强化和以碳化物作为第二相强化的镍基高温合金,本文主要通过对GH3230合金1.5mm冷轧板材经不同温度固溶处理后的金相组织和显微硬度变化规律的研究,摸索出在不同的固溶制度下的组织和性能演变规律,并据此制定出合适的热处理制度,即1180℃～1240℃保温10min,空冷。更多还原

【Abstract】 GH3230 alloy is Ni based alloy which strengthen method is solution strengthen through by W,Mo and carbide as second strengthen phase.Microstructure and microhardness difference of GH3230 alloy cold-rolled sheet is researched under different temperature solution treatment in this paper.Moreover,microstructure and property rule in different heat-treatment temperature is found out.According to the law,heat-treatment regulations is defined.The rule is 1180℃～1240℃,10min,air cold.更多还原
