【摘要】 通过自行开发的电渣重熔连续定向凝固技术(ESR-CDS)成功制备了Φ105mm高纯净、低偏析的定向凝固FGH96合金坯锭,利用等温锻造设备沿平行于柱状晶方向锻压,变形量超过80%,经热处理后得到具有均匀等轴晶组织的饼坯件,晶粒度达到ASTM6级,饼坯件的各种性能均达到粉末冶金FGH96合金锻件的性能要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 High purity and low segregation directionally solidified FGH96 superalloy ingot(φ160mm and φ105mm) were successfully produced by electroslag remelting continuous directional solidification(ESR-CDS) technology.The ESR-CDS FGH96 superalloy ingots were forged by isothermal forging(IF) technology,strain quantity over 80%.The pancakes got fully recrystallized structure(uniform grain size 40μm) after heat treatment.更多还原
