Mg(OH)2和Al(OH)3阻燃电缆护套料性能的研究

【摘要】 <正>本研究采用PE-LD/EVA/EPDM的共混物作为基体树脂,Mg(OH)2和Al(OH)3作为阻燃体系,从力学性能、阻燃性能、阻燃剂复配、混合物微观结构等方面研究了这两种无机阻燃剂对电缆护套料的影响。

【Abstract】 With PE-LD/EVA/EPDM blends as the basic resin of cable jacket,two kinds of flame retardant system,compounded Mg(OH)2-Al(OH)3 and single-component Mg(OH)2,were applied in cable jacket material and their effects on flame retarding performance and mechanical properties were studied.The results showed that,tensile strength and limited oxygen index were increased and elongation at break was decreased with increasing the ratio of Mg(OH)2 to Al(OH)3;when cable jacket material was filled with single-component Mg(OH)2,limited oxygen index is directly proportional to Mg(OH)2 addition,tensile strength and elongation at break is inversely proportional to Mg(OH)2 addition,when the content of Mg(OH)2 was 40-50phr,limited oxygen index reached over 29,mechanical properties is superior to Mg(OH)2-Al(OH)3 flame retardant system.
