无溶剂法制备水性聚氨酯工艺研究

【摘要】 本文用预聚体法制备水性聚氨酯,探讨在无溶剂的路线下水性聚氨酯的合成稳定性及实验操作的可行性。讨论了原料的选择、配比、DMPA加入方式、温度等因素的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper use prepolymer preparation of waterborne polyurethane,discuss in no-solvent synthesis of polyurethane route water stability and experiments the feasibility of operation.Discuss the selection of raw materials,mixture ratio,DMPA adding method,temperature and other factors.
