静电纺丝法制备纳米银粒子/PVA复合纳米纤维

【摘要】 由于静电纺丝技术制备的纳米纤维具有很高的比表面积、较高的孔隙率,小的孔隙尺寸,因此其在医学领域有较高的关注度。而纳米银粒子在抗菌领域也有广泛的应用。本文采用静电纺丝法制备了PVA纤维。通过对纤维的加热处理,大大提高了纤维在水溶液中的稳定性。通过对化学还原前在银氨溶液中浸泡后的PVA纤维的洗涤次数的控制,可对PVA纤维表面纳米银粒子的包覆度进行可控调节。而通过改变银氨溶液的浓度,也可对PVA纤维表面银纳米粒子的包覆度和尺寸在20-80纳米范围内进行有效调控。由于这种纳米银粒子/PVA复合纤维膜兼具了纳米材料的特性和银粒子的性质,其必将在表面增强拉曼、抗菌材料等领域展现出一定的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Electrospinning is currently the only technique that allows the fabrication of continuous fibers with diameters down to a few nanometers.In this study,a novel method was used to prepare uniform Ag midnanoparaticles/PVA composite nanofibers. The process mainly involved two steps.In the first step the heat treated pure PVA nanofibers was immersed in different concentrations of Tollens with varying the washing times.In the second step Ag(NH32+ ions on the fibers were reduced to Ag midnanoparticles in the presence of glucose solution.After washing once,the amount of Ag nanoparticles on the surface of fibers was reducing significantly.This result proves that the Ag nanoparticles was only covered on the surface of fibers and had no any incorporation with fibers.But with improving the concentrations of Tollens,the diameter of Ag nanoparticles was also improved.
