湿法磷酸制备磷酸二氢钾的研究

【摘要】 研究了以湿法磷酸和氯化钾为原料,利用有机溶剂萃取法制备磷酸二氢钾的新方法。确定了一种适用于该新方法且水溶性小、萃取效率高的萃取剂,并研究了萃取时间、萃取温度、相比、磷酸与氯化钾物质的量比等对五氧化二磷、盐酸、硫酸根、铁、氟的萃取率和分配比以及五氧化二磷的收率的影响。实验表明:萃取温度为60℃;萃取时间为30min;相比为3:1;磷酸与氯化钾物质的量比为1:1。在此条件下,五氧化二磷收率可95.98%以上,氯离子质量分数小于0.1%。该方法具有五氧化二磷收率高,工艺流程短,操作简便等优点。
【Abstract】 A new method for preparation of potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KDP)from Wet-process phosphoric acid and potassium chloride by organic solvent extractionmethod was studied.An extractant that was suitable for this new method and has low water solubility,high extract-efficiency was found.The influences of extraction temperature,extraction time,the phase ration and amount-of-substance ratio of phosphoric acid to potassium chloride etc on the extraction rate and distribution ratio of P2O5,HCl,SO4 2+ ,Fe,F and the yield of P2O5 were also analyzed.It is showed that extraction temperature was 60℃;extraction time was 30 min;the phase ration was 1:1;amount-of-substance ratio of phosphoric acid to potassium chloride was 1:1;under these conditions P2O5 yield could reach 95.98%,and mass fraction of chlorine ion was less than 0.1%.The advantages of this method were the yield of P2O5 was high,process flow was short,and operation was simple etc.
