缓冲剂对化学镀镍涤纶织物微结构与性能的影响研究

【摘要】 金属化织物集防护性和装饰性于一身,兼有金属的导电性、电磁屏蔽性和纺织品的柔软、透气特性,成为电磁屏蔽新型功能材料的主流。本文采用硼酸和氯化铵作为缓冲剂,在涤纶织物上化学镀镍。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、X射线能谱仪对获得镍镀层形貌、晶体结构和成分进行表征,采用矢量网络分析仪评价镍镀层的电磁屏蔽性能。研究结果表明,在同样的镍镀层厚度下,用氯化铵作为缓冲剂获得的镍镀层晶粒更细更均匀,电磁屏蔽性能明显高于用硼酸为缓冲剂制备的镍镀层。本研究为电磁屏蔽织物的制备研究提供一定的理论与实验基础。

【Abstract】 Metallized textile is a kind of new material that possesses decorative and functional properties such as electrical conductivity,radio frequency interference(RFI) and electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding,and anti-static properties.In this study,nickel was deposited on polyester fabric using ammonium chloride and boric acid as buffer agents by electroless plating technique.Surface morphology,microstructure and composition of nickel coating are analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and energy-dispersive X-ray(EDX).EMI shielding effectiveness is evaluated by using a vector network analyzer.The results show that with the same weight of the deposits,the nickel coating using ammonium chloride as buffer agent is smoother and particle size is smaller in comparison with boric acid as buffer agent.EMI SE of the nickel plated fabric using ammonium chloride is greatly higher than that obtained using boric acid.
