光纤传感器及其在分析化学中的应用

【Abstract】 Fiber optic sensing technology,as an innovative sensing technology,has encountered an enormous development in the recent thirty years.It is widely used in various fields such as environment monitoring,biomedical,VOCs detection,national defense and security and so on.Optical sensing technology has the unique advantage in many aspects,compared with conventional electrical sensing technology.For example,the sensor head itself is relatively insensitive to electromagnetic interference which can be used in place of the complex electromagnetic environment.Furthermore,the optical fiber sensor can be applied in places like inflammable and explosive material storehouse,because the sensor head is not a powered device.In environment monitoring,we published a research paper of fiber optic humidity sensor on Sensors & Actuators B.The sensor is based on fiber optic evanescent wave sensing technology,which can be used in on-line relative humidity sensing.In RH between 1.1% and 4.1%,the sensor shows good linear relationship with a sensitivity of 0.0087 a.u.%-1(0.087 dB%-1) and limit of detection(LOD) of 0.062%.We also conduct the fiber optic bio sensing technology.The sensor is designed based on Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance(LSPR) technology,using evanescent wave as sensing light.We reached stage achievements and the sensor exhibits good linear relationship.The sensor also shows advantages such as non-labeled and fast detecting.
