pH荧光纳米探针的构建新方法研究

【摘要】 <正>近年来,以SiO2纳米材料为基础的荧光纳米探针技术的发展,已经为复杂体系的生物化学信息的原位、无损、实时获取提供了强有力的手段[1]。然而,在纳米探针技术的发展中,SiO2纳米材料表面的化学修饰和功能控制是高分析特性探针发展的基础和难点[2]。

【Abstract】 Fluorescent nanoprobes based on silica nanoparticles doped with fluorescent dyes have also been used as labeling reagents for biological applications.However,modification and control of silica nanoparticle surface are critical to the desirable application of silica nanoparticles.We developed a new method to achieve the modification of silica nanoparticles with functional ploymer and result in the effectively protection of pH molecular probe-functionalized silica nanoparticles(pH nanoprobe) from nondesirable binding to the surface of works of art.Effective protection of the pH nanoprobes was mainly based on the stronger interaction of the silian groups on silica pH nanoprobe with ploymer in its modification state and overcoming nonspecific adsorption by restricted access to the pH nanoprobe surface.This method was successfully demonstrated for works of art with a non-fouling sensing surface acidity.
