多级串级高分辨LIT-TOF研究进展

【Abstract】 A novel LIT-TOF is designed based on our lab-made oaTOF-MS.The ion guide system is upgraded with high precision radio-frequency source,auxiliary waveform and ion trap control card to form a simple linear ion trap utilizing the existing quadrupole ion guide parts.The LIT section has an m/z range of 30~2500u and parent ion selection window of 3~50u.The TOF section,using high speed ADC card,has a resolution of 12000 FWHM.With effective tandem stage of 5,this device is suitable for both LCMS and GCMS application.However,the sensitivity of MS2 is low compared to QTOF.
