水热合成A(MoO4)x(WO4)1-x(A=Ca,Sr,Ba)微晶及其发光性能

【Abstract】 A(MoO4) x(WO4)(1-x)(A=Ca,Sr,Ba) microcrystallines were synthesized by hydrothermal method at mild temperatures(~120℃);the crystal structure,surface morphology and room temperature photoluminescence properties of the as-synthesized microcrystallines were investigated by through X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and fluorescence analysis(FA).The results show that the obtained A(MoO4) x(WO4)(1-x) microcrystallines are single-phase scheelite structure with tetragonal symmetry,the grain size of the A(MoO4) x(WO4)(1-x) microcrystallines gradually increases with the increasing x.Under excitation of ultraviolet light(245nm or 280nm) at room temperature,the emission spectra of the A(MoO4) x(WO4)(1-x) microcrystallines slightly shift to the long wave with the increasing x,and the intensity of intrinsic emission of MO 4 2(M= Mo,W) complex ions markedly increases with the increasing x.Our results also reveal that the photoluminescence properties of A(MoO4) x(WO4)(1-x) microcrystalline can be modulated by the changing of x.
