【摘要】 <正>通过熔融法制备了乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/有机改性蒙脱土(OMMT)复合发泡材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)观察了OMMT在EVA基体中的插层和剥离程度,通过透射电镜(TEM)观察了复合材料的分散情况,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对发泡样品的微观泡孔形貌结构进行观察并分析了其的形态学参量。同
【Abstract】 Nanocomposite foams based-on ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA)copolymer had been prepared by melt blending EVA with organically modified montmorillonite(OMMT).The morphology of the composites was studied by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The effects of different OMMT content in the foamed samples on density,hardness,rebound resilience,compression set,tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and peel strength had been investigated,respectively.It had been shown that the hydrophobic surface contributed to well dispersion of OMMT in the EVA matrix.The OMMT layer could be employed as a heterogeneous nucleation agent to decrease the cell size and improve the uniformity of cell structure of the foamed samples.The density of EVA/OMMT nanocomposites foam was lower than that of pure EVA foams,meanwhile the physical properties of the foamed samples could be enhanced by slight incorporation of OMMT(1%-5%).
