【摘要】 <正>聚合甘油具有良好的吸湿性与保湿性,在化妆品行业用于制造乳脂、乳液。在染料工业可作为水不溶性染料的染色助剂;在塑料工业可用作锦纶、羟丙基纤维素和聚氨酯增塑剂。此外,聚合甘油在合成树脂中作抗静电剂、稳定剂。在淀粉浆糊中加入聚合甘油硼酸酯可调整固化时间、提高储藏稳定性。同时有望用于热熔性黏结剂。聚合甘油的环氧丙烷加成物可用作采油消泡剂、重氮复写纸用的料浆剂和显像促进剂,气相色谱分析用的固定液,可加入化学电镀液中改进电镀质量,加于水泥中可防止开裂、缩短固化时间等。工业上多以精制甘油和在催化剂存在下于220～250℃高温反应制备聚合油,待聚合度符合要求后,减压蒸馏除去未反应的甘油。该方法工艺简单,成本低,但产品质量不宜控制,产品中聚甘油分布广,不但有三聚甘油,还有二聚甘油和未反应的甘油及少量四聚和五聚甘油。更多还原

【Abstract】 Polyglycerol is a good moisturizing,it can be used to make cream,emulsion;it is a dyeing auxiliaries of water insoluble in dyestuff industry;a plasticizer of polyamide and hydroxypropyl fiber and polyurethane.It can be used as antistatic agent,stabilizer for making synthetic resin,and it can be adjust the curing time of starch paste when polyglycerin boric acid ester is used.It may also be used as adhesives of plastic with high melting point.Polyglycerin epoxy propane adduct is a defoaming agent in oil industry.It is an imaging accelerant and slurry of carbon and fixatives of gas chromatography,it also can improve plating quality if added in to chemical plating solution.Its can control crack and shorten curing time if added in to cement.Polyglycerin is produced by refined glycerin and alkali catalyst under the protection of the nitrogen, the remained glycerin is removed if the degree of polymerization meets the requirement.This method is a simple process and has low production cost,but product quality is unable to control,and the molecular mass of polyglycerol is distributed widely.There are not noly two and three polyglycerol,but also four and five polyglycerol.This work described a synthetic procedure of polyglycerol:1,2-0-assyria vision propyl glycerin was synthesized by condensation reaction by use of glycerol and acetone;then 1,2-0-assyria vision propyl glycerin was converted into alcohol sodium,which might be S_N reaction with epichlorohydrin;the hydrolysis afforded polyglycerol.The experiments prove that there is only two polyglycerol as detectied in the GC where the molar ratio of epichlorohydrin and 1,2-0-assyria vision propyl glycerin is 4:1;the molar ratio of three polyglycerol and two polyglycerol is 3.38:1 when the molar ratio of epichlorohydrin and 1,2-0-assyria vision propyl glycerin is 1:4.The separation of three polyglycerol and two polyglycerol is in progress.更多还原
