蒸发冷凝与喷淋冷凝经济性比较

【摘要】 为了实现乏汽的综合利用,以中低温地热发电系统的乏汽冷凝设备为研究对象,将蒸发冷却和喷淋冷却两种冷凝方式分别作用于乏汽通过的水平不锈钢管束,在达到相同冷凝效果的前提下,比较认为蒸发冷却能节省12%的不锈钢材料,节约97.6%的冷却水,体现了更好的经济性。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve the comprehensive utilization of exhaust steam,condensing equipment for exhaust steam in the low-temperature geothermal power generation system was be studied.And evaporative condensation and spraying condensation were applied on level stainless steel tubes passed by exhaust steam.It was showed that if condensing effect of two methods were the same,12% stainless steel and 97.6% cooling water can be saved by evaporative condensation.So evaporative condensation was more economical.
