皂荚半乳甘露聚糖胶有机高分子絮凝剂制备与表征

【摘要】 半乳甘露聚糖种子多糖因其价廉、无毒,且在生产和使用过程中环境友好无污染,被认为是优质的有机高分子。半乳甘露聚糖主链由β-(1→4)-苷键连接的D-吡喃甘露糖组成,D-半乳糖以侧链形式通过α-(1→6)-苷键连接到主链甘露糖分子上。本文用醚化剂3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,对半乳甘露聚糖胶进行阳离子改性制取絮凝剂,得出了制取高取代度多糖胶絮凝剂的最佳工艺条件。用取代度是0.26的样品处理污水中的重铬酸根离子,去除效果达90%。
【Abstract】 Seed galactomannans are preferred organic macromolecule since they are comparatively cheap,non-toxic,eco-friendly and non-polluting during production and application.Galactomannans are mostly isolated from seeds of some leguminous trees and shrubs,and consist of a linear chain of(1,4)-linked β-D-mannopyranosyl backbone,substituted with(1,6)-linkedα-D-galactopyranosyl units.This article studied on the method of making cation galactomannan gum flocculant with 3-chloro-2hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride,and the optimum technology parameters have been acquired.The adsorption rate reached up to 90% when 50mg/L Cr2O72-treated with DS 0.26of cation galactomannan gum.
