生物质流态化解耦气化装置冷态试验

【摘要】 生物质流态化解耦气化工艺是根据生物质中不同物质的反应活性,通过流态化方式实现高活性挥发分和低活性半焦的解耦反应,其核心在于生物质半焦燃烧炉和生物质热解气化炉的协调控制。本文在有机玻璃制成的冷态实验装置上进行了半焦燃烧炉风速、半焦燃烧炉堆积高度和燃烧炉高径比等因素对系统循环量影响的试验研究,并根据实验结果对热态实验进行了初步预测。
【Abstract】 In biomass fluidized decoupled gasification craft,decoupling reaction of the highactivity volatile and the low-activity semi-coke is achieved through the fluidized way based on the reactivity of different composition of biomass.The coordination control of biomass semi-coke combustion furnace and biomass gasifier is the key of the craft.The effects of the semi-coke combustion furnace wind speed and the semi-coke combustion furnace stack height and combustion furnace height-diameter ratio on the system circulation was studied on the cold model.Thermal model test results were forecasted according to the cold experimental results.
