【摘要】 在利用红外测量系统测量目标的红外辐射特性之前,需要先对红外系统进行辐射定标,以确定系统的辐射响应度。建立了红外测量系统的辐射定标模型,分析了定标过程中的各种辐射源。利用美国ISDCIR150黑体对一种中波红外相机进行了辐射定标,并给出了相机定标结果,显示该红外相机具有良好的线性响应特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Before using an infrared measurement system to measure infrared radiation characteristics of an object,it needs to perform radiometric calibration on the infrared system to determine the radiation responsivity of the infrared system.A radiometric calibration model for an infrared measurement system was established,and various radiation sources in the calibration process were analyzed.An ISDC IR150 blackbody radiation source was used to calibrate the radiance responsivity of a medium wave infrared camera,and the calibration results for the camera were given,which showed that the camera has a good linear responsivity.更多还原
