石墨烯的湿化学合成及其可饱和吸收特性研究

【摘要】 本文采用湿化学法,以石墨粉作为原料,脱氧胆酸钠为表面活性剂,水为溶剂,成功地制备了石墨烯溶液和薄膜,并对其溶液和薄膜的可饱和吸收特性进行了研究。结果说明,利用湿化学法制备的石墨烯溶液和薄膜具有非线性可饱和吸收特性,其可饱和吸收特性无波长选择特性,能够在很宽的波长区域内实现激光锁模。其成本远远低廉于作为锁模器件的半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM),具有类可饱和吸收体无法比拟的优势,有望在光纤激光器中作为新一代锁模器件得到应用。
【Abstract】 Here we synthesize graphene from graphite by wet-chemistry techniques.A graphene-polyvinyl alcohol composite is fabricated.The research shows both of graphene solutions and the composite have saturable absorption ability.The atomic layer grapheme possesses wavelength-independent ultrafast saturable absorption,which can be realized mode-locking in a large-wide-range wavelength.The cost of the atomic layer grapheme is far lower than the semiconductor saturable absorbles mirror (SESAM) as a mode-locker.It also has the super-advantage which the artificial saturable absorber doesn’t have.As a result,the graphene has the potential application in the fiber lasers as a mode-locker.
