【摘要】 目的 :探讨社区全人口结核病人的有效发现、治疗和管理模式及其影响因素。方法 :自2001—2007年对社区全人口肺结核病人进行归口管治、病人发现,督导管治效果及健康教育效果评价等模式前后进行比较,分析该模式的效果。结果 :通过对社区全人口肺结核病人的归口管治、病人发现,督导管治效果及健康教育效果评价等模式进行前后对比分析,发现采用该模式对肺结核病人管治效果前后具有显著性差异。结论 :实施社区全人口肺结核管治模式防治效果明显提高,成效显著,对区域结核病控制具有必要性、可行性和科学性,能有效地控制区域结核病疫情。更多还原
