【摘要】 采用新开发的低温净洗剂对纯棉针织物染色布进行洗涤。通过分析低温净洗剂用量、洗涤温度、时间、pH值和不同染料类型等工艺因素对洗涤脱色率和洗涤牢度的影响,优化的洗涤工艺为,低温净洗剂3g/L,60℃保温20min。与常规95℃皂洗工艺的深色残液相比,应用新开发的净洗剂和洗涤工艺洗后残液近似于无色透明,洗后织物色牢度相当,色光变化小,具有显著的节能减排的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dyed cotton knitting fabrics were washed with a new developed detergent at low temperature. Effects of the detergent dosage,washing temperature,bath pH,as well as types of reactive dyes on colorfastness to washing of the fabrics and color removal rate in residues were investigated.The optimal recipe is the detergent 3g/L;and the optimal process is treating at 60℃for 20 minutes.Comparing to the rich colored residues from traditional soaping process at 95℃,the residue from the new developed detergent washing bath showed almost colorless and transparent.Colorfastness to washing of the washed fabrics from both processes was equal without hue changing.Application of the new detergent can significant save energy and reduce pollution in dyed fabric washing.更多还原
