低压等离子喷涂制备MoB/CoCr涂层耐熔融Al-12.07%Si腐蚀研究

【摘要】 MoB/CoCr是一种新型的热喷涂材料,由于在熔融金属中具有高的耐久性,常用于耐熔融Al-12.07%Si的腐蚀。本文利用低压等离子喷涂(LPPS)方法制备MoB/CoCr金属陶瓷涂层,并对涂层材料进行熔融金属腐蚀实验研究。通过对MoB/CoCr涂层的微观组织进行X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDAX)分析发现,涂层为层状结构,物相为Co2MoB2和CoMoB,具有良好的结合强度和抗热震性能。经过1080h的熔融Al-12.07%Si腐蚀后发现,涂层的主要化学成分与物相均未发生变化,涂层在熔融金属中没有溶解分解现象,这说明涂层具有良好的抗熔融铝硅腐蚀性能。

【Abstract】 MoB/CoCr,a novel material for thermal spraying,with high durability is used to resist erosion by molten Al-12.07wt.%Si alloy.MoB/CoCr cermet coatings were deposited by low pressure plasma spraying (LPPS),and the durability of the MoB/CoCr coating has been investigated using a molten-metal immersion tester.The microstructure of coating was characterized by XRD,SEM and EDAX.The results show that the structure of coatings is layer structure,and little change of crystal structure,mainly composed of ternary borides of Co 2 MoB 2 and CoMoB,and the coatings have excellent performance of bond strength and thermal shock resistance.After 1080 h immersion test in the molten Al-12.07wt%Si,the results show that the mainly chemical composition and crystal structure were little changed,and MoB/CoCr coatings have shown excellent durability in the Al-12.07wt%Si alloy without dissolution.
