压水堆一回路主管道材料热老化研究进展

【摘要】 压水堆(PWR)一回路主管道材料通常使用铸造奥氏体不锈钢,此材料综合性能优异,其组织由奥氏体(基体相)和铁素体两相构成,铁素体含量约15~20%,它长期在核电站一回路系统运行环境下服役会发生热老化现象。本文从热老化产生机理、研究手段、研究对象等方面介绍了半个世纪以来国内外关于铸造奥氏体不锈钢热老化研究情况,总结了前人研究的重点和取得的成果,同时指出了目前铸造奥氏体不锈钢热老化研究存在的不足。最后在比较成熟的热老化机理理论基础上,提出了将来可能进一步开展的工作及其意义。
【Abstract】 Cast austenitic stainless steels (CASS),which possess good performance due to austenitic and ferritic dual phases,are widely used in primary coolant pipes of pressurized water reactor (PWR).However,their some properties will be degraded for thermal aging when they are serviced in environment of primary coolant pipe system.In this paper,firstly,thermal aging of CASS in the past nearly fifty years in home and at abroad were introduced including thermal aging mechanism,research methods and research objects and so on.And then,the research focus and achievements are summarized and also the shortages of present research were put forward.Finally,the possible value works on thermal aging of primary coolant pipes in the future were advised on the basis of perfect thermal aging mechanism.
