综合排涝 和谐发展——济南市城市排涝规划之探索

【摘要】 针对当前城市频繁遭遇洪涝灾害,城市排涝问题已影响城市和谐发展的现状,本文结合济南市城市排涝规划工作,就济南市排涝的任务、涝灾形成原因进行了深入探讨,提出了洪涝分家、完善防洪排涝沟系、设置蓄滞洪区、优化雨水管道系统、开展竖向规划等综合规划措旌,以期改善城市遇雨易涝的局面。

【Abstract】 Against the city has frequently flood and waterlogged disaster,this issue has affected the development of the city,Combination the work of urban waterlogged planning of jinan,the writer discuss the particular waterlogged task and reason in jinan,Propose such planning measures as separating the flood and waterlog,perfectting the river plan of flood and waterlog,reserving the area of store floodwater,optimizing the storm sewer system and planning the vertical elevation.
