【摘要】 循环经济研究的层次和空间不同,发挥的作用和意义就不同,现实中可以解决的问题也就不同。在对传统循环经济三个层次与空间研究分析的基础上,指出当前大循环、中循环和小循环三个层次之间研究的进展,及其受到各自特征和内在相关性的影响而处于不平衡的状态。通过引入社会学和生态学的思想理念,提出了循环经济应该划分为四个层次的新概念,并且从规划学科、生态学的视角进行了阐释、就板块循环层次的概念、构成以及建设等进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The differences of layers and space in the process of Circular Economy study have different effects and meanings and will solve kinds of problems differently in reality.In tradition,there are three circling layers and relative spaces of Circular Economy, called as micro-layer,middle-scale layer and macro-layer.In the paper,a review about these three layers and their spaces is given firstly.The progresses of three layers’ researches are imbalance due to the differences of their characteristics and internal relationships. Then a new conception of four circling layers of Circular Economy is pointed out based on the ideologies of sociology and ecology, explained from the views of urban planning and ecology.At last,the definition,construction and building of plate circling layer,the added new layer are discussed.更多还原
