鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术35例临床分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨应用鼻内窥镜经鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法:回顾性分析了鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊腔开放术治疗的慢性泪囊炎35例(37眼)。结果:全部病例随访半年,治愈35眼,好转2眼,有效率达100%。结论:鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔吻合术视野清楚、损伤小、出血少、而部无瘫痕,可以同期处理相关的鼻腔病变、效果好、复发率低、是治疗慢性化脓性泪囊炎的较佳术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dacryocystorhinostomy by intranasal endoscope.Method The clinical data of 35 cases(37 eyes) with chronic dacryocystisis accepted dacryocystorhinostomy were analyzed retrospectively.Result Following up from six months to three years,35 eyes cured,2 eyes improved,the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The technique of intranasal endoscope dacryocystorhinostomy can be carried out with several advantages such as convenient manipulation,fewer hemorrhage,high achievement ratio and no scar in face after operation and being able to treat associated nasal disease.更多还原
