【摘要】 采用反相高效液相色谱-紫外检测法,测定不同桑树品种及同一品种不同取材部位的桑皮苷A、氧化白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇等主要芪类物质含量。芪类物质含量相对较高的优势桑品种有中生火桑、黑鲁桑、塘10、小鸡冠桑等,其质量比分别为3228.2,3162.7,3049.7,2462.3μg/g。桑树不同取材部位中,1年生枝条中的芪类成分含量较高,新梢和桑叶中含量较低,其质量比分别为3878.9,813.2,501.6μg/g。检测结果可作为筛选芪类物质含量高的桑树药用材料的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 A reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography and UV detection method was employed to determine the contents of three major stilbenes,namely mulberroside A,oxyresveratrol and resveratrol,from different portions of different mulberry varieties.It was found that Zhongshenghuosang,Heilusang,Tang10,Xiaojiguansang had high content of stilbenes in Mulberry Varieties,and the content is 3228.2,3162.7,3049.7,2462.3 μg/g,respectively.What’s more,one year branch of mulberry had great higher stilbenes content than the new growth and leaves of mulberry,and the content is 3878.9,813.2,501.6 μg/g,respectively.Our study can be used as screening medicinal mulberry materials of which has rich content of stilbenes.更多还原
