【摘要】 目的了解淮南市06-09年抗癫痫药物的应用情况及变化趋势,考察地区用药特点、用药习惯及目前存在的问题等,为药师提供用药信息,促进临床合理用药,为药品生产、销售及制定医疗卫生政策提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,调查06-09年抗癫痫药物的品种结构、价格结构、用量结构及其影响因素。结果 06-09年全市抗癫痫药物临床用药稳步增长,丙戊酸钠等传统药物仍是市场主导品种,拉莫三嗪等新型抗癫痫药物销售金额增长很快。结论本市传统抗癫痫药物尤其丙戊酸钠、卡马西平的使用占有绝对优势。新型抗癫痫药物市场前景广阔,国产新药较少,必须加大国内企业研制开发和生产能力,降低新药价格,为患者提供更多、更好的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper aims to get the application status and trend of antiepileptic drugs during 2006～2009 in Huainan,and investigate the drug habits and the existing problems.These can help apothecary use drugs more reasonably and offer a useful reference for drug production,sales and health policy making.Methods Using retrospective investigation methods,investigate the variety antiepileptic drugs’ structure,price,Consumption and other involved factors during 2006～2009.Results During 2006～2009,the clinical used antiepileptic drugs has been increasing steadily in Huainan.Among them,Valproic acid and other traditional drugs are still the dominant types in the market and lamotrigine and other new antiepileptic drugs sales amount also increases very quickly at the same time.Conclusions Tradditional antiepileptic drugs,especially valproic acid and carbamazepine,are still the dominantly used drugs.New antiepileptic drugs have prosperous market future.To offer more and better drugs for patients,the involved domestic Enterprises need to improve the ability of developing and making new products and meanwhile lower the cost constantly.更多还原
