【摘要】 为探讨基层医院合理用药的监护对策,依据国家对医院药学的技术要求,对辖区128个乡镇卫生院、19个二甲医院、3个三甲医院,共150家基层医院的用药情况进行了深入调研。找到了造成不合理用药的12种因素,设计出指导临床合理用药的10项监护措施。经应用于指导临床用药,收到了显著提高合理用药水平和预防产生ADR的良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE:To explore the rational use of drugs in the custody of basic-level hospitals,according to the state of countermeasures of hospital pharmacy technical requirements of jurisdiction 128 rural hospitals,19 dimethyl hospital,3 3 armour hospital,150 home basic-level hospitals of herbs carried on the thorough investigation.Found in no rational drug use 12 kinds of factors,the design gives guidance clinical rational drug use on 10 counts of monitoring measures.The applied to guide clinical medication,received significantly improve the rational drug use level and prevent produce obtains good results.更多还原
