【摘要】 通过系统观察,报道了棕尾别麻蝇的蛹和成虫体内雄性内生殖器官的结构及其发育动态。棕尾别麻蝇雄虫的生殖系统主要由精巢、输精管、生殖附腺、射精管等组成。在发育的过程中,精巢与射精管都随着日龄的增加而不断增长,而附腺在发育成熟后就不再明显地增长。此外,通过在不同营养条件下的饲养观察,发现雄虫的生殖系统发育与营养条件关系密切,尤其对水分敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure and development of male internal reproductive organs in pupae and adults of Boettcherisca peregrine(Diptera:Sarcophagidae) were systematically observed.Male internal reproductive organs in Boettcherisca peregrine composed by testes,vasa deferentia,male accessory glands and ejaculatory duct.During the development,the size of testes and ejaculatory duct increased with age,but the male accessory glands only grew before mature.In addition, rearing the fly under different nutrient,we found that the male internal reproductive organs developed closely to nutritional condition,especially for water.更多还原
