数字城管实时数据采集系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 城市管理涉及到城市中的方方面面,因此需要采集和管理的数据量非常巨大,传统的采集方式已经满足不了现阶段城市管理的需要。然而,移动地理信息系统作为地理信息系统的一个分支,在城市数据采集中发挥着重要的作用。本文从数字城管所涉及的信息入口,然后阐述了系统的实现过程和相关技术,最后用ArcGIS Mobile开发出了一个数字城管数据采集系统。
【Abstract】 City management refers to a lot of thing in cities,so the data we need to collect is very large,and the traditional data collection style can not meet the need of city management at present.However,Mobile GIS,as a branch of GIS,plays an increasing role in city data collection.This paper starts with the information of city management,then presents implementation process and the key technologies of this system,finally,develops a data collection system of city management based on ArcGIS Mobile interface.
