大型管件多点弯曲一次性矫直控制策略

【摘要】 由于大型管件的特殊性,多采用压力矫直的方法修正其直线度。本文基于平面弯曲弹复理论及过弯矫直等价原理,给出了基于管坯初始曲率分布的理论矫直弯矩,采用该理论弯矩可将管坯完全矫直。为方便工业应用,将该弯矩离散化,提出了多点弯曲一次性矫直控制策略,依据矫直策略制订了相应的工艺参数。通过实测大型管件挠度分布,给出具体的矫直参数,用数值模拟的方式进行了验证,结果表明可将管坯矫直到直线度以内,验证了模型的准确性,为全自动矫直机的实现提供了理论指导。

【Abstract】 Due to the particularity of large-diameter pipes,over-bending straightening process is used to revise its straightness.Base on the theoretical of springback equation of small curvature plane bending and pure bending equivalent principle for over-bending straightening,the theoretical straightening moment distribution is derived which correspond with the pipe initial curvature distribution.The pipe can be completely straightening through the theoretical straightening moment.To facilitate industrial applications,proposing the one-off multi-point bending straightening control strategy through discrete the theoretical straightening moment,then straightening process parameters are derived. Measuring the deflection of large-diameter pipe,then gives the theoretical straightening parameters.The theoretical analysis is verified by numerical simulation results.These will provide a theoretical basis to make the automatic straightening machine come true.
