某型号飞机起落架外筒锻件成形工艺研究

【摘要】 飞机起落架外筒锻件形状复杂,易因预制坯设计不当而产生折叠缺陷。本文以某型号飞机起落架外筒锻件为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D,对初始方案的预制坯成形过程进行了数值模拟分析,模拟结果显示锻件产生了两处折叠缺陷。文章从金属流动的角度解释了折叠形成的原因,提出了优化方案。结果表明,经优化的预制坯没有出现折叠缺陷,可以得到较好的外筒锻件质量。
【Abstract】 Because of the complex shape of aircraft landing gear outer cylinder forging,there will be folding when the preform is designed unreasonably.In this paper,a certain type of aircraft landing gear outer cylinder forging was taken as the research object,and the preform’s forming process of initial scheme was simulated and analyzed by using the finite element analysis software DEFORM -3D,there were foldings in the two parts of forging seen from simulation results,we showed the forming reason of folding in terms of metal flow and putted forward to an optimized scheme.The results show that there are no folding of the optimized perform,and we can get a better outer cylinder forging quality.
