【摘要】 针对组合框架式液压机机身结构特点,采用有限元模拟软件ANSYS对处于工作状态下液压机机身进行了模拟,通过对在原始模型和简化模型这两种不同模型下分别获得的应力、应变和机身变形的比较,分析局部细节简化对于液压机机身的影响。研究结果表明,局部细节简化对液压机机身沿着油缸作用力方向的应力和应变产生的位置和数值影响明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The hydraulic press frame under working conditions is simulated by finite element simulation program ANSYS based on the structure of frame type hydraulic press.The effects of local simplification of details on the hydraulic press frame have been studied by the comparison on the stress,strain and frame deformation of original model and simplified model.The result shows that the position and value of stress and strain is impacted obviously along the hydrocylinder force direction.更多还原
