双金属复合管(含焊缝)的整管段腐蚀评价研究

【摘要】 本文确定了X52/825冶金复合管和L245/825机械复合管焊接工艺,设计了双金属复合管(含焊缝)室内和现场整管段实验装置,进行了相应的腐蚀评价实验研究。实验结果表明:设计的整管段实验装置能够满足双金属复合管(含焊缝)的腐蚀评价要求;在高酸性气田地面集输管线的腐蚀环境中,X52/825冶金复合管和L245/825机械复合管及其焊缝均未发生明显的电化学腐蚀,也未岀现SSC,形成的焊接工艺和评价方法可用于指导双金属复合管的推广应用。

【Abstract】 The welding process of the X52/825 metallurgical composite pipe and the L245/825 mechanical composite pipe is identified,the full-size testing equipment cf the bimetallic pipe with welds is designed and the corresponding experimental is studied in the laboratory and in the field.The results show that:the design of the full-size testing equipment can reach to the requirement for the evaluation of the bimetallic pipe with welds;the X52/825 metallurgical composite pipe,the L245/825 mechanical composite pipe and the welds were not obvious electrochemical corrosion and SSC in the high sour gas field environment as the gathering pipeline;the welding process and the test method can be used to guide the application of the bimetallic pipe.
