厚壁离心管坯轴向裂纹分析和工艺参数的优化

【摘要】 本文运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对材质为21CrMo10的管坯,在不同工艺参数下的温度场和热应力场进行了分析。结合实际检验得出:出现轴向裂纹的原因在于涂层太薄、管坯横截面的温度梯度大于了8℃/mm。随着涂层厚度的减小、浇注温度的升高,厚壁管坯内壁的热应力有增加的趋势。进一步优化和确定了在特定情况下浇注合格管坯的涂层参数。

【Abstract】 The article analyzed the temperature field,thermal stress field of a rough pipe,named as 21CrMo10,under different technical parameters.The analysis were based on the simulation results from software ANSYS,and it was under the condition of considering the real fact of centrifugal casting and the simulation of coupling fluid flow to heat transfer,heat transfer to thermal stress together. The thesis concluded that the reason of axial crack was that the coats were very thin and the temperature grads of cross section exceeded 8°C/mm.Along with the diminution of the coats and the rising of pouring temperature,the heat stress of inner pipe wall would increase step by step. More optimized the parameter of coat at the point of casting eliqibility rough pipe.
