【摘要】 当前,我国正处于社会转型和全面建设小康社会的关键时期,各种危机频频发生,对我国政府的公共危机管理提出了严峻的挑战。本文尝试从全面整合模式的视角出发,结合有关的危机案例,有针对性地找出现阶段政府在应对公共危机管理方面存在的问题,同时借鉴西方发达国家公共危机管理的先进经验,提出建立全面整合下的政府公共危机管理体系和运行模式的新思路,为建立健全中国特色的社会主义政府危机管理模式提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,our country is in the social transformation and an all-round way of the key period of building a well-off society.All kinds of crisis occurred frequently,which has become a new challenge to the government public crisis management.This paper tries to establish the comprehensive and integrated of public crisis management system and takes a new way of operational mode and the public crisis management mechanism of Chinese characteristic socialism as example.It begins from comprehensive and integrated public crisis management perspective,combines with the crisis case,finding out the problems in dealing with public crisis management of government and also uses the advanced experience of the western developed countries in dealing with the public crisis for reference.更多还原
