【摘要】 江苏省档案馆工程上部钢结构复杂、大悬臂区域内钢结构的安装施工对其钢构件的加工制作技术提出苛刻的要求,基于工程实际需要并结合现场吊装要求,对大跨箱形构件、十字钢骨柱构件的加工工艺以及具体的精细化加工要点进行深入地研究,并提出用于构件加工制作的专用胎膜构造,同时,对适合本工程的上部钢结构预拼接技术进行详细的阐述。研究表明,所提出的加工制作工艺及精细化制作要点科学合理、经济可靠,是完成工程后序施工的可靠保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 The steel structure project of Jiangsu province archives is complex ,and the installation of steel members manufacture of the steel structure for the big cantilever area is stringent. Based on the actual requirement,combined with the hoisting demands, the big box component and cross span steel structure column bone of processing technology and specific fine process points are studied, and the processing components made of special tectonic amniotic membranes are advised. Meanwhile, the upper portion of the steel structure for key joining technology is discussed in detail. The results of the study show that the suggested processing manufacture craft and the key operation points fine scientific are reasonable, economical and reliable, which assures the reliable guarantee of the construction sequence.更多还原
