【摘要】 农村社区股份合作制是适应工业化和城市化需要而产生的一种农村集体资产处置的新模式,目前已在经济发达地区的农村推广。它具有产权清晰化、股权商品化、财产所有权职能与营运权职能分离化、股东权益保障的法律化等特征,从体制和机制上为农民提供了利益保障,增强了农村集体经济的活力,有利于农村劳动力的转移,起到了社会安全阀的作用。从实践的情况看,社区股份合作制是适宜于现阶段生产力发展的产权制度形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural community share-holding cooperative system is a new mode to dispose the rural collective assets,and it is produced in the need of industrialization and urbanization.The rural community share-holding cooperative system has been popularized in the rural area of developed regions.It has a few characteristics of clear property right and the commercialization of equity.It also has a few characteristics of the separation of ownership and management and legal protection of shareholder’s rights.The rural community share-holding cooperative system protects the interests of farmers from system and mechanism.It enhances rural collective economy’s vigor and it would benefit the transfer of rural labor.The rural community share-holding cooperative system is like social safety valve.Practice has shown that community share-holding cooperative system suits well the level of productive forces in china today.更多还原
