【Abstract】 The motivation from the management level is vital to the survival and development of the companies.This article firstly analyzes the reform and current condition of the motivation and control in a company and then draws a conclusion that the motivation system in China’s state-owned enterprises cannot meet up with the demand.This may due to the fact that only the form of the motivation system has been changed while the essence of the motivation system has not been changed.At last,the article will give some advice on the design of motivation system in management of the state-owned enterprise.更多还原
