【摘要】 随着我国进入老龄化社会,城市家庭功能急剧弱化,空巢老人和独居老人日益增多,城市养老备受关注。然而,目前的养老模式存在着诸多的问题,如传统的家庭养老方式功能弱化,机构养老难以普及,社区养老亟待完善等等。本文尝试探讨构建"社区居家养老"模式,并根据马斯洛的需要层次理论,结合"老有所养,老有所依,老有所为,老有所学,老有所乐"这一系列老年需求,建立一套合理系统的配套服务措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With China facing an aging population,urban households experiencing a sharp weakening and the number of the empty nesters and the elder people living alone increasing,urban endowment is demanding serious concern.However,there are many problems in the current pension model.For instance,the traditional home-based care is weakening,the institutional endowment is difficult to apply and the community endowment needs to be improved.This thesis is aimed to build a community-based in-home eldercare model,and to establish an integrated service system based on the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the necessity to create a sense of social security,an atmosphere of learning and progressing and a sense of well-being for the elderly.更多还原
