高强高韧聚乙烯节能耐磨渔网研究

【摘要】 以偶联剂改性纳米二氧化硅对占渔网具总量80%、我国年产量30万吨的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)渔网进行了增强增韧耐磨改性,并研究了改性聚乙烯渔网高效生产工装设备的系列成套生产线和高效生产工艺包。结果表明,改性聚乙烯渔网强度比国家标准提高了30%。经过大量生产与应用实践,改性聚乙烯渔网比同面积国家标准渔网节约网材料30%、渔业生产拖网作业油耗节约15%。此外,经在特殊地质海区海洋捕捞拖螺网实际应用试验中比普通聚乙烯渔网的使用寿命提高4倍以上。高强高韧聚乙烯渔网可使渔业生产成本大幅度下降,显示出巨大的经济和社会效益。

【Abstract】 In this study, nano-SiO 2 modified by coupling agent was used for modification of polyethylene, with a total for the accounting for 80% and annual production of 300,000 tons in china, to improve strength, toughness and wear-resisting performance. And series of complete production line of modified polyethylene fishnet production and technology package were also studied. It was found that the strength of modified polyethylene fishnet increased by 30% than which in the national standard. Through a large amount of producing and practical use, the same area of modified polyethylene fishnet saved 30% of the material than which in national standard, and energy-saving by 15% in the fisheries trawling production. In addition, the life time of modified polyethylene fishnet was four times than common polyethylene when used in the special geological sea ocean fishing. This polyethylene fishnet with high strength and high toughness performance can save much cost in the fishery production application, showing enormous economic and social benefits.
