福建九龙江河口区鱼类群落结构α及β多样性分析

【摘要】 基于2011年6月至2012年5月采用定置网对福建九龙江口水域的鱼类群落调查。结果显示,九龙江口共有鱼类141种,隶属于14目58科111属。α多样性结果变化较大,除了均匀度指数外,浮宫水域(交汇区)多样性指数和丰富度指数均高于岛美(咸水区)和紫泥(淡水区)水域,体现了咸淡水交汇区的特点。β多样性结果表明,浮宫水域的鱼类多样性及丰富度最高,岛美次之,紫泥最低。浮宫和紫泥水域的生境多样性差异不大,而岛美和紫泥水域之间的差异最明显。其中四季中岛美和紫泥间的更替率高于岛美和浮宫间及浮宫和紫泥之间的更替率,且岛美和紫泥间鱼类群落相似性最低。
【Abstract】 In this study, based on the data acquired in seasonal comprehensive surveys of the marine ecosystem of the Jiulong River estuary in June 2011 to May 2012, the composition, quantity distribution and variation of fish species were reported. Study results showed that : a total of 141 fish species were collected in this survey, which belonged to 14 orders,58 families and 111genuses.α-diversity changed obviously. The diversity indices in FuGong (confluence of seawater and freshwater) were higher than that in DaoMei (the salty water area) and ZiNi(freshwater area) excepting evenness index,which reflected the characteristics of water intersection. β-diversity results showed that diversity in FuGong(confluence of seawater and freshwater)was the highest, followed by DaoMei(the salty water area),and the lowest in ZiNi(freshwater area).And the difference of fish habitats diversity between FuGong(confluence of seawater and freshwater) and ZiNi(freshwater area) were not significant, and that was very obvious between DaoMei(the salty water area) and ZiNi(freshwater area). Its species replacement rate was the fastes between DaoMei(the salty water area) and ZiNi(freshwater area),and the species similarity was the least between DaoMei(the salty water area) and ZiNi(freshwater area).
