【摘要】 本文应用组织学技术,对出膜后1至103天的草鱼的头肾进行研究,描述了头肾的组织结构的变化及头肾中IgM阳性细胞的发生和分布。结果表明:孵化后6天,头肾部位原肾管分化形成的肾小管之间出现散在的未分化干细胞。出膜后7天至16天,造血干细胞逐渐分化成不同类型的细胞,免疫细胞数量逐渐增加;出膜后17天至出膜后85天,肾小管逐渐退化至完全消失,网状内皮系统支持下的淋巴造血组织构成头肾的主要部分。出膜后35天,类肾上腺细胞开始出现。出膜后103天,头肾与成鱼的组织结构接近,作为淋巴-肾上腺组织存在。IgM阳性细胞最早出现于出膜后17天,呈散在分布;出膜后20-35天,IgM阳性细胞逐渐增多,主要分布于头肾外周;出膜后40天至103天,IgM阳性细胞继续增多,分布于整个头肾组织,在微静脉周围有集中趋势。结论:孵化后85天,草鱼头肾在组织上发育基本成熟;而在孵化后17天开始出现可产生IgM的免疫细胞。

【Abstract】 Ontogeny of the head kidney was examined in the collected grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) from the first to the 103rd day post hatching (dph). Histological technology was applied to learn the change of the structure of the head kidney. Several undifferentiated stem cell spread among the renal tubules which derived from the protonephridia in the 6th dph. Then, the immune cells increased gradually due to the undifferentiated stem cells’ differentiation from the 7th dph onwards. Between the 17th dph and 83th dph, the renal tubules degenerated gradually and the lymph and haematogenous tissue sustained by the reticuloendothelial system (RES) became the major component of the head kidney. By the 103rd dph, the head kidney was similar to mature fishes. Cells producing IgM were detected by IHC stain. A very few IgM positive cells was occasionally first detected in the 17th dph. IgM positive cells was increased and distributed in periphery from the 20th dph to 35th dph. Afterward, IgM positive cells increased and IgM positive cells scattered in the entire head kidney and also indicated a trend to concentrate on the venule. In short, the head kidney in grass carp was almost mature histologically by the 85th dph and was detected with IgM producing cells firstly in the 17th dph.
