不同培养条件下长紫菜叶状体生长及生理组分的研究

【摘要】 长紫菜(Porphyra dentata)是自然紫菜资源的主要种类之一,具有较高的经济价值和药用价值。本文研究了在不同温度、盐度和光强培养条件下,长紫菜叶状体的生长及生理组分的变化。实验结果表明,适合长紫菜生长温度为14~20℃,藻体可以保持较快相对生长速率。当温度高于23℃时,其生长受到抑制,藻体发红并出现溃烂;适合长紫菜生长的盐度范围为25~35,藻体可以保持较高的生长速率。在低于盐度20或高于35条件下,藻体的光合色素、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛的含量以及过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性均产生显著的变化,并观察到藻体变薄、发白、腐烂现象,说明其耐高盐能力较强;适合长紫菜生长的光强为3000~6000lux,光强为9000lux时藻体的叶绿素a含量低,可溶性蛋白和丙二醛含量以及过氧化物酶活性都出现极显著增高,并观察到藻体发红并出现溃烂。

【Abstract】 Porphyra dentata is one of the main species of natural resources of Porphyra, which has high economic value and medicinal value. This article studied on Porphyra dentata growth and physiological components changes under different conditions of culture temperature, salinity and light intensity . The experimental results showed that, the suitable growth temperature range for Porphyra dentata is 14~20℃, at which the laver can maintain a relatively high growth rate. When temperature is higher than 23℃, the growth of laver would be inhibited, it turned to redness and appeared to fester.The laver could maintain a high growth rate in 25~35 salinity range under culture conditions. When salinity was lower than 20 or higher than 35, the photosynthetic pigment, soluble protein, malondialdehyde content, and the activity of peroxidase, catalase were significant changed, the laver turned to thinner, pale, and it’s edge appeared decay phenomenon, all these symptom illustrate that the laver had stronger ability of high salt tolerance. The laver had a high growth rate under the light intensity is 3000~6000lux.When the light intensity is 9000lux, Chlorophyll a content was low, the content of soluble protein and MDA and the activity of peroxidase were very significantly increased, the laver appeared to fester after several days culture.
