饥饿对泥鳅幼鱼补偿生长及生化组成的影响

【摘要】 本试验采用4种不同循环饥饿方式饲养平均初始体重为512.06mg的泥鳅(Misgurnusanguillicaudatus)幼鱼,采用配合饲料,饲养时间为40 d,水温变化范围为19~23℃。第1组为对照组,每日喂食,第2、3、4组为试验组,分别采用喂食1d后饥饿1d、喂食2d后饥饿2d、喂食4d后饥饿4d的循环饥饿方式,4个组分别以S0、S1/1、S2/2、S4/4表示。试验结果表明:3个试验组均表现出补偿生长,与对照组相比,S1/1组为完全补偿生长,但差异不显著(p>0.05);S2/2和S4/4表现为超补偿生长,差异显著(p<0.05)。3个试验组的成活率显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。3个试验组的鱼体生化成分(包括脂肪、蛋白质和灰分含量)以及肥满度和内脏指数与对照组无显著差异,但S2/2和S4/4组的鱼体干物质含量呈现显著下降。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the compensatory growth of loach(512.06 mg ) at different feeding regimes,a 40 d growth trial was carried out at water temperature of 19℃to 23℃,and compound feed were fed in four feeding regimes.Each feeding regime,fish were fed to satiation during the whole experimental period(control group ).In the second regime,fish were fed to satiation for 1 day and then were deprived of food for 1 day.In the third regime,fish were fed to satiation for 2 days and then were deprived of food for 2 days.In the fourth regime,fish were fed to satiation for 4 days and then were deprived of food for 4 days.The four regimes were repeated and marked as SO,S1/1,S2/2 and S4/4.The results showed:Group S1/1 has complete compensatory growth,and group S2/2 and S4/4 show over compensatory growth;Compared to control group,Group S1/1,S2/2 and S4/4 have significant higher survival rate and similar condition factor and viscera somatic index;Group S2/2 and S4/4 have significant lower dry matter content per unit wet weight than control group,and group S1/1,S2/2 and S4/4 have similar protein,lipid and ash content per unit weight to control group.
